Programs
Wednesday, March 2nd at 10:30
The Volunteer Program will meet Wednesday, March 2nd at 10:30 in the Fireside room at Gateway.
Two humorous skits from the Drama Association of Rossmoor will be presented. The first "Her Heart" is a scene from the play “Almost Maine.” It is about a woman who travels to the town of Almost to find closure with her recently deceased husband. The second, "Manage a Trois" (Ménage à Trois”) is a stand-alone piece featuring three women in a retirement community. The skits are performed by members of DAOR.
DAOR is in its seventh year at Rossmoor. It was founded to provide support in theatre arts as well as to guide and promote participation. DAOR offers classes on most aspects of theatre including acting, stagecraft, play writing, script readings, prop setup, and classes that study theatre history.
