Hula Dancers of Na Kupuna O Kealoha, Oct. 3 , 2018
The Volunteer Exchange will meet on Wednesday, Oct 3 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fireside Room at Gateway. They will be entertained by the hula dancers of Na Kupuna O Kealoha. This hula ohana (family) is sponsored by the Hawaii State Club of Rossmoor. The dance group was formed in 2010. Approximately a dozen dancers, in various colorful costumes, will participate in the performance. Anyone is welcome to attend and share the aloha.
The men and women of the Volunteer Exchange perform services for each other such as transportation and pet care. In this way, they earn credit hours which they can use in the future to “pay” other members for services. New members able to provide services are always welcome. Services are not available to non-members.
Detailed information about the club can be found on the club web page: https://rossmoorvep.weebly.com/
The web page can also be easily accessed via a link in the “Clubs” section on the rossmoor.com web page. More information can also be obtained by attending one of the monthly meetings or by calling 925-906-9882.

The VEP welcomes residents who can assist other members with services such as transportation, personal care needs, and errands.
